Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.
Refunds
When we receive and inspect your return and decide whether or not to proceed with the return procedure after we’ve discussed a return with you, we’ll let you know. If accepted, a 5% processing charge will be deducted from your refund and applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need some time to process this.
